About Us

Our History...

3rd Harold Hill Scout group was once 1 of 4* groups in the Harold Hill area. Now the only active groups in Harold Hill are 1st and 3rd.
Our group is known as 3rd Harold Hill (St Georges) as we meet in the St Georges church on Chippenham Road.
Our group emblem is, the patron saint of England and also Scouting, St George - pictured fighting the dragon which is shown on the back of our red and white striped scarves.

The title of 4th Harold Hill was not used so to avoid confusion with another group in the Romford District.
